Make Ugly Contest Entry

I have never bothered to enter a DA contest before, but this one struck a chord. I lost my mother to cigarettes last month, and it was the most horrible experience I've ever been through - not to mention the experience that she, herself, went through. I don't expect to win, but I think my entry is, in it's own simple way, as close to the truth as you are going to get. They were looking for monsters. I took a more Zen approach.
